Budgeting Software

A list of budgeting software as recommended by friends and family:

The most highly recommended were Mint and Dave Ramsey. Our plan going forward is to begin using YNAB. Maybe once Jared and I get settled after his schooling is finished, we’ll look into using Mint. But for now, YNAB looks to be exactly the program we need. From what I’ve heard, Mint and Quicken are good at tracking, and YNAB is quite good at, well, budgeting. I’m in the beginnings of watching YNAB’s Live Class Materials as well as in the reading of their Helpful Links. I’ll let you know how it goes! Wish me luck.

Biblical personal finance is working, earning, spending, giving, and saving for God’s glory.
