In an effort to reduce the amount of paper towels we buy, I’m looking into turning our kitchen into a (mostly) cloth kitchen. I grew up using only paper towels for everything, so while this might be a little bit of an adjustment, I’m excited to make it work (and save money).

So, what are your options? Use cloth towels for drying, dish rags or flour sack towels for wiping and cleaning, and cloth napkins for wrapping produce. Microfiber cloths or huck towels are other options as well. Use paper towels only for cleaning up messes, such as raw eggs, and patting chicken dry.
