Daily Beauty/Wellness Routines

  • Morning:
    • Teeth: Drink a glass of water upon waking; Rinse with coconut oil for 20 minutes and then spit out in a trash can (some sources recommend 1-2 teaspoons, others recommend 1 tablespoon); Rinse well with warm water; Scrape your tongue; Brush your teeth with a healthy toothpaste; Floss; Scrape your tongue
    • Feet: Wash feet thoroughly
  • Evening:
    • Teeth: Brush your teeth with a healthy toothpaste; Floss; Scrape your tongue
    • Hair: In the evening, brush your hair from roots to ends with a natural bristle brush
  • Throughout the Day:
    • Teeth: Drink green tea – add some coconut oil, lemon juice, and/or honey to the tea

Weekly Beauty/Wellness Routines

  • Hair: Shampoo 3 times a week (use natural shampoos and conditioners)
  • Hair: Give your hair a deep treatment after towel drying your hair (use a natural moisturizer like coconut oil)
  • Feet: Soak feet in warm water with liquid soap, scrub feet, apply oil, and wear socks to bed

Monthly Beauty/Wellness Routines

  • Hair: Give your hair a deep cleanse (use products like baking soda or ACV and add to your shower routine)

Quarterly Beauty/Wellness Routines

  • Teeth: Replace your toothbrush every three to four months

Twice Yearly Beauty/Wellness Routines

  • Appointment, Teeth: Schedule an appointment with your dentist every six months
